Warranty

All our products have a warranty of 6 months. If any production default is detected within this period, please contact us.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received and be in the original packaging.

Customers will be charged for shipping costs (this includes returns).

To apply for a return please contact us at info@amigosjewelry.com so we can provide you a return address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Make sure to state your order number and reason for returning when applying for a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your return. Once approved, refunds will be made via the same payment method that was used for your original purchase. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
